The Nike Air Jordan xi.... Such a beauty
Michael Jordan retired after winning 3 championships,
Later, he came back, and won his 4th championship wearing these shoes (different color though)
Nike released these shoes again a couple of weeks ago (very end of December)
Now, only a couple of weeks later, they are sold out...
That is the case with most Jordan shoes, especially ones that have a history like this one.
It's crazy what some people do to get these shoes. Hours (sometimes even days) before the shoes are released at a store, people bring their sleeping bags or tents and just wait in line for the doors to open.
It's very hard to be a Jordan fan because of these truly devoted shoe-heads.
Even though I love shoes, I will never end up setting tents in front of footlocker waiting for a release (hopefully)
Thanks for reading!
ps. lookin for follows and will follow

The people that set up tents and sleep outside for shoes need to get a job.

i heard a rumor that Jordan was forced into the whole "baseball pipe dream" thing.
ReplyDeletei knew he could play baseball at that level but there were things deeper than that whether it was gambling on games or something?
any insight into that?
I never thought someone would camp waiting in line for shoes
ReplyDeleteI never would do that either. Hey, does anyone remember the shoes you had to pump up? Ha, those were awesome.
